My biggest takeaway from tonight: Kyshawn George has been everything the Wizards hoped for and more. Was shooting 1-6 from the field before draining the two clutchest shots of the night with zero hesitation. Nothing but net. Oh, and he had 4 steals after having 3 last game.

Exactly how it should be. I gotta give props to JP though — his first year in DC was a mess but he never complained or made excuses; he just blocked out the noise, got back to work, and came into this year with a purpose. I have nitpicks for the player, but I respect the person.

A lot of complaining about the Draft Lottery structure 24 hours later, specifically around bad teams not being able to keep up unless they get a Top 3 pick. That argument is null and void after this Pistons kickass '24-'25 campaign. Historic futility a season ago, complete.
