I asked Draymond Green what he thought about the Wizards’ young core and his answer was…incredible. “That’s the first time we’ve seen a Washington Wizards team play that hard in years, and it’s because of [Bub and Kyshawn’s] energy.”. Kyshawn jawed with him all night. Respect.

Rick Snider was one of the nicest people in sports media I’ve ever met. When I went to Commanders’ OTAs in 2022 he took the time to get to know me, give me tips and share some of his wisdom. We lost a really good one. Rest in peace to one of my favorite media members ever. 🙌🏽.
Godspeed to @Snide_Remarks, the hardest-working guy I know. Rick suffered a stroke Aug. 11 and died peacefully this afternoon. We were friends for 38 years, worked on many projects together, and rarely went more than a few days without staying in touch. I’m devasted by this loss.

People need to understand how much John Wall restored basketball fervor in D.C. He got an entire city back to a place of actively watching/rooting for the Wizards. A very well-deserved retirement.
