Oleksandr Kukin, one of the founders of Kyiv Reds, has been killed by Russian invaders. His wife and child also shot and injured as they tried to escape. Sickening.
If that was
@juanmata8
last game for
#MUFC
he signed off with a clinical pen - never let us down. Top quality player & the very best human. His charity work for
@CommonGoalOrg
and support for
@MU_ST
has been inspirational.
I hope we have not seen the last of him yet 🇾🇪🇾🇪🇾🇪
Keane: “The United fans, we have to applaud them. They’ve had enough. That’s why they’ve reacted the way they have. I find it difficult to criticise them.”
As I remember it, when we won our first title for 26 years, next match we played Blackburn and despite the team being hungover from partying Fergie said words to the effect of whatever you do don't lose this - play like Champions - even Pally got on the scoresheet in a 3-1 win.
We were right in 2005 - we called all this back then - but the football authorities and Government didn't listen.
They are now.
"Fans saw the Glazers’ money tricks 16 years ago but no one listened"

We've already committed to continuing the momentum to push for true reform of football club ownership and governance otherwise we'll be back fighting the same battles again and again.
Let's see if the politicians live up to their words of the last few days.
Atmosphere decent despite understandable pessimism and undoubtedly the fans marshalled by
@MUFC_TheRedArmy
has been great success as the main vocal Powerhouse - Radio 5 commenting on best atmosphere in years... Great effort - get behind them if you care about OT atmosphere
I suspect
@oliverbrown_tel
is too embarrassed to tweet his own article because he doesn't believe a word of it.
A blatant attempt to divide United fans
#ClientJournalism
I did the same in 2005 along with Ian and agree - we spent 4 years outside and it achieved nothing but division. We all need to respect the decisions of others. The challenge is big enough - division will guarantee failure.
I stayed out of Old Trafford form 2005 for 4 years. It achieved nothing. Plenty did the same. What did more damage was fans turning on fans for making personal choices. Having the support for change inside the ground and out is far more valuable in my view.
Sad to report that our great friend & colleague Eric Halsall died on Friday after a heart attack.
A lovely man, hugely generous and warm hearted & a major figure in the history of MUST and Shareholders United.
He will be sadly missed
RIP Eric

Took the kids to Arsenal away this weekend, 4 years ago. Fortunately occupants of

were on hand to provide an educational experience for their young enquiring minds through the medium of interpretative dance.

"Old Trafford transformed into the kind of stadium that every other one in the world wants to be, a stadium where goals can be scored from the stands too... "
Weird how United winning 6-2 and Leeds getting most of the credit from commentators! Imagine if the score was the other way round.
Credit where it's due - pleased for Ole
This was a hard won deal secured for United fans by
@MU_ST
in cooperation with fellow supporter groups from other PL Clubs and led by
@The_FSF
- important not to take these victories for granted. We were told we were wasting our time but persistent and solidarity paid off
A lot of work put in by M.U.S.T over last few years, in co-operation with fellow Euro and domestic fan groups, looks to be coming to fruition at last.
We were told many times we'd never get a cap on PL Away tickets & safe standing too.

If there were significant numbers infected around turn of year you'd expect to have seen hospital admissions and deaths starting within ~2 weeks in mid January.
Agreed. It's our fault that we campaigned since prior to the takeover warning of the damage it would cause but too many weren't interested... until the last few years when the trophies dried up. Now they're all up in arms and it's our fault. Smacked arses
Very sad to hear of the passing of Gez Mason. Many will remember Gez as the person who started the tradition of singing of the 'Flowers of Manchester' at the Munich Plaque 20+ years ago and was a key promotor of atmosphere in Streford End Tier 2
Morning. Just a reminder, if you're heading to Old Trafford for the match, we'll be collecting foodbank donations (non-perishable items or cash) before kick off today (and every home game) at The MUST Stall, 18 Sir Matt Busby Way.
Thanks for your support, please RT

Just sorting out flight checkin for our Barca trip. Ask one of my lads (who will remain named Tiernan) for his passport details. The details were "oh shit, I've left it in my room at Uni in Bristol". Seven hour round trip to retrieve it now in progress...
Today we played the most soulless club in world football. This was at full time... Which team won?! So proud of our players and fans today. Unreal.
#BHAFC
Why is it always football fans that are treated differently? Many other sports continue.
Why not allow individuals to make their own decisions rather than imposing these things on us plebs?
If Buckingham Palace wanted a full shut down for the mourning period I’d probably agree with it.
If the Palace and gov say that’s not their ask, if all hospitality stays open, if other sports go ahead, if people still go to work, then why did football decide to stop?
Just to clarify - this means the petition will be considered for debate. It does not mean any vote on any legislative change. However it is all part of building the political momentum. Well done all who helped.... so far
This could well make ownership of Manchester United and certain other PL clubs much less attractive to those who wish to exploit the value for their own benefit.
With Government review coming down the line too ...
Finally got into the refurbished Manchester United Supporters Club Malta HQ. Still some finishing up work to do but it looks fantastic. A tribute to the hard work of an amazing group of people.
As well as the players, staff and journalists who died at Munich on this day in 1958, we'll also be remembering our fellow supporter, Willie Satinoff. There is a memorial plaque, in his honour, above the door at MUST HQ, 18 Sir Matt Busby Way

This is actually pretty astonishing.
We've been lobbying for years making progress... but slowly.
Consider the sea change in a few weeks.
Now the CEO of the Premier League is saying we don't just listen to customers - we need fans at the heart of everything
Change is coming
“You need the truth before reconciliation”
Premier League CEO Richard Masters tells me he wants to wait before deciding whether to punish the ‘big 6’ clubs for the ESL crisis, but then to unite around core principles which could include placing fans “at the heart of everything”
While this isn't new footage you have to say it is hard to interpret this any other way than the police dragging a fan behind the van so any assault or maltreatment could not be seen. In the light of the recent fan arrests there cannot be one rule for Police & another for fans
Hi,
@gmpolice
Will there be any action taken over the only violent assault captured on video from the entire day?
I assume the officer in question will also have his front door smashed in early morning.
Many thanks,
