Our study determined the prevalence of pathogenic germline variants in pediatric DMG and suggests a role in tumorigenesis for a subset of patients.

Excited to share our Nature Medicine paper on the clinical benefit of precision medicine for children with high risk cancers. We report on the first 384 patients whom we followed for 3 years. Significantly improved outcomes with precision guided therapies.
