The other thing this highlights is the desperate need in planning & building standards for a new use class - 'starter home' or similar - sitting between huts (which are only for temporary occupation) & 'full' houses. Building standards have become....1/2 https://t.co/1F0y9Fhz9L

The fact that a train (!!!) can travel under ideal conditions at over 600km/h is unbelievably amazing to me. Also, I had no idea that Indonesia would pop up in the top 10 list!

Karine Polwart (Musician,Writer) says: “What’s the point of a national publicly funded broadcaster in Scotland… How exactly does this support Scottish music and culture?” Could that be the sorry point? For Scotland’s yearning to be free will rise resurgent from its artists.

As we move into the last week of Advent, it's the season of the O Antiphons. Sung at Vespers, in the early dusk of a midwinter evening, they are ancient songs of longing and desire - an appeal for light, healing and wisdom in the darkest time of the year. https://t.co/XapjhLCxur
