I brought one of my daughter’s sweaters to school because one of my students was so cold every day, no coat. She wore it home, and the next morning her mom showed up and handed it back to me, saying she doesn’t accept charity. My principal warned me to not do it again. 😢

The garbage on tv, especially the ads, makes me ill. Kids are asking what’s a condom, e d, std, herpes, tampons, etc, that we did not grow up with. FX is one of the worst, during the Simpsons, which some kids watch. Two gay guys on a bike in an ad for some sex med comes to mind.
