We've never been to this and always miss it! #DoWestFest is a *huge* street festival with a ton of music, food vendors, fun, and happy people. This is run by the #LittlePortugal Toronto BIA (@LPTbia) and has such a diverse blend of cultures within this neighborhood. Loved it a
