I was thinking waaay back to my very first time eating chicken wings, and it was from a local spot just like Chopstick Foods. Think waaay waaay back, yaâll! Okay, enough reminiscing. This place is a true Scarborough gem. They've been around so long, they know what theyâre doing.

This is what Iâm talking about. A proper old-school breakfast with big portions, served by a family-run spot. I met up with a friend and we had a great time catching up. We even got to meet the family behind the place. Loved that they had a self-serve coffee station too.

Me and my little one decided to stop by Shoeless Joe's as I heard good things about the food and kids menu! My fish and chips were cooked perfectly and they got the sweet potato fries spot on with an addictive dip I finished off (đ). My little person enjoyed coloring in her book

Was a fun day and we headed over to Isaan Der in the Junction area of west Toronto. I sat down with my daughter and had a chat with the people there. They recommended I try the 'Pad Kee Mao' which has thick ribbon like noodles, carrots, peppers, chicken, broccoli and more stuff!

Moving across the awesome foodie list from @Scarboroughspot, we had to check out La Bastille Bakery on Birchmount @ Eglinton! We showed up at the end of the day and didn't manage to get one of their delectable almond croissants but we sure scored on a delicious chocolate eclair
