Low hanging fruit: For me I've replaced a petrol lawn mower with electric along with a petrol chainsaw. The electric chainsaw especially is excellent on a lifestyle property where you only need it occasionally. No more stale petrol, lighter, less noise, way easier to maintain.
Not all emissions are created equal. And, as Mike Casey says, we need to rank them from easy to hard. If you're looking for the low-hanging climate cherries, let's start with our small fossil fuel machines.
