Since 11 Aug, dogs & feeders have been suffering daily. Many new dogs can be seen while sterilized, vaccinated local dogs are missing. MCD illegally picking community dogs & abandoning them elsewhere violates the ABC Rules & SC orders. Every such violation must reflect in votes.

Last night MCD caught dogs at midnight. Over 150–200 dogs were already crammed in Rohini Sec-27 center hungry, thirsty, some even dead. When volunteers objected, police arrived & instead of safeguarding citizens, they beat them to suppress dissent. Is this justice? @MCD_Delhi.
