This is a foul at every level of football including NFL. Not a dirty hit, but it’s dangerous for player getting hit and more so for player doing the hitting. That’s not a textbook tackle. Can’t lower head and hit w/crown. Rule isn’t perfect, but it’s done way more good than bad.

Bryant going to the ground. By rule he must hold onto it throughout entire process of contacting the ground. He didn't so it is incomplete.

That’s the rule and it’s a bright line. If you are going to the ground to make the catch you have to hold onto the ball when you land. He isn’t a runner until he completes the catch so goal line is not a factor. It’s an incomplete pass.

Sewell and Skipper don’t have to report, Decker does. All three went to the Referee in what felt like an attempt to disguise who was really eligible. Ultimately player has responsibility to report and Referee has responsibility to announce it and alert the defense.
