7. Overall, the picture of Sales Ops salary growth is not evenly distributed across all regions, with the most growth happening outside the major "hubs."

6. Similarly, salaries for jobs requiring two years of experience grew at the highest rate while jobs requiring seven or more years grew at the lowest rate.

5. We analyzed salaries along a bell curve, with the middle of the curve being the average. We noticed considerably more growth - nearly double - on the lower end of the curve than on the higher end.

4. There was considerably *more* salary growth for Sales Ops roles *outside* the "traditional" hubs for tech - in fact, NYC and San Francisco were at the bottom of the list, while Minneapolis was at the top.
