šŸ’Ŗ Deep squats = stronger legs & happier knees! A 10-week RCT found that full-depth squats led to greater strength, jump, and sprint gains — while half squats caused more stiffness & knee pain 😬 šŸ‘‰ Go deep, not half-hearted! https://t.co/NwjUkXKWhZ

The choice of the optimal squatting depth for resistance training (RT) has been a matter of debate for decades and is still controversial. In this study, fifty-three resistance-trained men were...

Its not just about the risk Seth, its the risk AND benefit! Manips have no superiority and ALL their benefits can be achieved with far less risky interventions! Also there are no clinical tests that can reliably identifing someone of having vascular issues like a dissection!

There is actually evidence that spinal manipulation can help https://t.co/ErCCJcTuxe But skill and assessment is important and obv not represented in this video. Just like we assess and prescribe exercise. If avoiding risk was everything, Reiki would be the best tx

CFT is not just an intervention — it’s a mindset. And seeing it in action was one of the most valuable learning experiences of my professional journey. Thank you! ā¤ļø

The course reminded me that effective physiotherapy isn’t about fixing pain, but about helping people reclaim confidence, meaning, and movement in their lives.

Beyond techniques or exercises, what stood out was the humanity of his approach — genuine curiosity, warmth, and just the right touch of humour to build safety and trust.

His ability to listen without judgment, to validate, to use silence intentionally, and to create space for the person to make sense of their story is something I’ll carry with me forever.

Three unforgettable days in London with @PeteOSullivanPT and the Cognitive Functional Therapy team. Watching Peter work live with patients was both humbling and inspiring — a masterclass in empathy, presence, and clinical reasoning. #cft2025

Officially publishedšŸ’„ A reboot to the pain field! The aphorism that ā€œnociception is neither necessary nor sufficient for painā€ has caused a lot of damage to patients and set back the field. This paper was not easy to publish and was rejected by all the major pain journals for

@IFOMPT I’m open to dialogue. I’m ready to talk with @IFOMPT leaders and bring something constructive to the table. But silence and dogma can’t be the answer.

And here are my questions: 1)Why are Masters still teaching concepts from the /90s? 2) Why did I never get an answer to the criticisms I raised? @IFOMPT 3) Why are key topics: exercise medicine, communication, nociceptive apparatus, comorbidities, CFT, MI, StressModex - missing?

Instead, critical questions = silence, dismissal, even insults. Students called ā€œsheep.ā€ Evidence ignored.

This Master’s was proudly introduced as ā€œthe best and most advanced in the country.ā€ Ironically, I agree. Because if this is the best, I can’t imagine what the others look like…
