Not true. @UgandaEC has spoken about the biometric system and has actually invited stakeholders, including the fourth estate, who enjoyed a first-hand account.
When it is not the army @MODVA_UPDF speaking for @UgandaEC (on voters going home and trusting the army with their ballots) it is 'candidate' @KagutaMuseveni doing the job . Now hear him talk about the biometric system to be used on Jan 15th, 2026 poll! Be the judge.
