This is what It looks like when the State of Texas brings charges that should have never been brought and the Judge pours the State out on ALL Defendants in the Arkema matter. Judge Hill rightfully found that there wasn’t even enough evidence to let the jury have the case!

Fine. Name me the last time the DOJ Prosecutors who tried the case made a Sentencing Recommendation and the POTUS carped about it and the AG thereafter had the recommendation changed. I’ll wait.
The Attorney General is the CEO of DOJ. United States Attorneys and their assistants all work for him or her. He has the right and duty to insure equal justice under the law. A review of the Stone sentencing was appropriate. Get over it
