In any reputable jurisdiction, even the most facially justifiable officer-involved shooting gets referred to the Grand Jury for review. ICE offers ZERO accountability. Not even a “we will gather all of the evidence and conduct a thorough investigation before commenting.”

I’ve tried a lot of murder cases in my time and I’ve seen a lot of prosecutors ask for a lot of prison time for actions much less egregious than what an ICE Agent did to a United States citizen today.

Holy shit. He was filming. He went over to help a lady that ICE shoved down. Agents engaged him. His hands were on the pavement when he was shot. He never had his hand on a weapon. Cold blooded murder.
