I called @MattChorley show on @bbc5live to express my despair with this #AssistedDying vote. Almost no one speaking has actually spent time with someone having a good end of life experience so this really reflects underinvestment in palliative care & poor experience as.
MPs need to think of buyer's regret on #assisteddying. This is beautifully put by the grandson of one of the pioneers of #assistedsuicide in Oregon. There were 'hours left unlived, words left unsaid, kisses left unshared. ' How many more if the bill passes on Friday?
