Hi @Airbnb and @AirbnbHelp it has been more than 24 hours and my husband has contacted you in his account directly per your instructions and yet to receive a response. He currently has no place to stay. What is a recourse?

We've been documenting issues with this host before to have a trail, but the point is that @Airbnb and @AirbnbHelp have a very long way to go in terms of actually understanding what to do in an emergency situation caused by one of their hosts

Mind you, this is the line that you go to when you say that you don't feel safe and there is no way for someone staying internationally to get a response other than, maybe once you're ok, call us.

Not only does the escalated safety support give me incorrect information, she tells me that his only options are chat (witha. 24 hour turn around time) or that there is no way for him to call not using the 415 support number

I can see why I will never use @Airbnb again. My husband has a safey issue internationally in an AirBnb. While he is working on getting safe, I call @AirbnbHelp to determine what he needs to do and next steps since you know "he is in literally in an emergency situation"
