Fab to hear the training went well. The DMS are here to support military personnel deployed on operations without access to NHS care. This training is critical to ensuring the best clinical outcomes wherever our colleagues and friends are serving in the world, whatever the ask.
I’m soon deploying with a small team and I have to say - getting to know them and training with them has been brilliant. Whenever I do leadership and teams training with the military I think “if only this could be replicated in the NHS”. Human-human interaction is everything.
