HMS Queen Elizabeth has been well represented across the UK at a variety of Remembrance events. As well as marching in our affiliated cities of London and Edinburgh, we have attended services at local, civic and national memorials. #LestWeForget

HMS Queen Elizabeth was proud to contribute a number of sailors to the Royal Navy Guard on parade at the Cenotaph in London. They have been training extremely hard and they were a credit to our ship, the RN and the UK. #LestWeForget

Two of our Warrant Officers were proud to attend the @RNRMC Recognition Awards at HMS DALRIADA. This event celebrated the companies and volunteers dedicated to supporting wider tri-service charities, highlighting their importance in aiding service personnel and their families.

24 of our sailors tested their mettle high above the Wiltshire countryside this week by completing their first ever parachute jumps! Through Adventurous Training, our sailors are developing their skills and resilience whilst challenging themselves and having fun!

HMS Queen Elizabeth’s recent incline trial at Rosyth was a great example of teamwork. With every movement based on deep skill and experience to tip the ship at precise intervals, the trial is essential for safety assurance. Watch the video of the trial in full swing.

She’s back! Thanks to some skilful manoeuvring, HMS Queen Elizabeth has returned to Rosyth. This marks another major milestone in our 10 year dry-dock maintenance programme for the Royal Navy’s Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carriers.

A different perspective as we come alongside! It is a tight fit to get into Rosyth, with only a few centimetres of clearance on either side. To make sure we know everything is going well, one of our navigation team is lowered down in a cherry picker to keep an eye on things.
