I get the sense the WRU & Y11 are keen to see things through to then. That’s not ‘long term”, but the language makes it ambiguous

Heres the rub... If one team can be undone by deals done between shadowy shareholders and the WRU then all can. The Y11 deal strips romance and identity away from pro club rugby. These things may be hard to quantify, but they are essential. The WRU are poisoning the well.

The more I think about this, the more it feels like they have alternative plans for the Ospreys. Championship rugby operating costs are significantly lower: £1.5m. Yes, they wouldn’t receive £5m from the WRU, but it could work due to much lower operating costs. Does this fix it?
