@CouncilTaxGuy Sadly, Newcaslte isn't one of our stations, it is managed by LNER, so any station announcements would come be programmed by them, I am really sorry to hear that this wasn't made clear to you, I appreciate that's less than ideal and am sorry it has changed your plans. ^LK

@Bericonforensic @lijamort We are trained to follow a carefully structured decision making process which involves soliciting and carefully listening to the views of all 3 mags and discussing and analysing objectively all the evidence previously presented to us. It is all in the book!
