This is an awesome idea until your best player is out of practice for 35 minutes jogging laps
You fumble the ball here, you have 10 laps automatically. One of my guys fumbled yesterday on scouts team, and I saw him doing laps. None of the defensive coaches told him to run, he did it on his own. That's a small example of a culture.

Even outside the obvious look at the builds of guys Jordan played with and against compared to now. They looked more like soccer players and XC runners built for sustained durability as opposed to less sustainable high explosive burst movements. Cant do that for 82 games
