Common problem I seen in today's game. PLAYERS aren't willing to hold PLAYERS accountable, which is why fine but those little cracks in the road will become bigger potholes.
Incredible Alabama practice story: . Marlon Humphrey wasn't going hard in practice LSU week. A veteran DB told him "you might want to pick up practice or they are gonna handle it." . "I almost basically got beat up by my own teammates.". Great ep with @marlon_humphrey.

In '22, I had a family that wanted to miss practice for a family reunion in pre-season. I said No! The reason? Because we had practice, and he was part of the glue! I was reminded of that this past May at his graduation dinner in front of his family. @inniss_nikki @JhordanInniss.
