PLAYERS: A coach's job is not to make you happy. A coach's job is to make you better. Take advantage of the opportunities you have to improve yourself and the team.

PLAYERS: When coaches, teachers, or parents push you or hold you to high standards, it's normally because they want you to be better. They want you to reach your potential. They want you to achieve your goals. Be coachable and appreciate the ways they might be able to help you.

To all the youth players out there in 7th/8th grade be able to play multiple positions because when you get to High School there is no guarantee your going to be playing the same position you have been playing in travel baseball. Play Multiple positions!
