We are currently undertaking the MEP Stage 4 design for phase 1 of 3 on a new housing scheme. Phase 1 consists of a 37 apartment scheme. Due to its location, compliance with the London Plan is required with the use of efficient MEP systems. #TeamHawden #EngineeringMEPSolutions

Yesterday we had the rare opportunity to observe Logan 🐶 & his police trainer. As part of our EA/facilities management role at Richmond College we have offered the @metpoliceuk access for dog training. It was a privilege to see this clever canine at work! @Clarion_Group #CSR

1/2 As EA, we have been working hard with @RHP_UK to enable essential moves during the early stage of lockdown. Yesterday we completed hand over of 52 homes (17 rent and 35 #sharedownership, all under offer) at Longview Court, Southville Road, Feltham.
