Hawden MEP recently issued the RIBA Stage 3 pack of information for a residential project in Primrose Hill, London. The project involves work to the existing building in London to refurbish both the basement level apartment and upper storey dwelling.

Hawden attended site earlier today at the new apartment block and ground floor retail unit in Bromley, Kent. Hawden provided full M&E technical design for @BJFLtd. The project involves a new three-storey building consisting of a ground floor retail unit, with 8no. apartments.

Hawden MEP recently issued the RIBA Stage 3 (developed design) tender pack for 2no. new buildings on the site of an existing academy in Chatham, Kent. This project is another example of an ongoing successful relationship with a local multidisciplinary construction consultancy.

Another project complete! Earlier this year, Hawden provided RIBA Stage 3 MEP design for the AG50 Student Hub refurbishment at @CanterburyCCUni. The team have created a great space for students to get away to when not in lectures or seminars. #TeamHawden
