Today we publish our annual Making a Difference report highlighting our performance on a range of #ESG measures. This year we’ve reached £1bn in social value generated since 2016, largely through #ClarionFutures, and made significant progress on our pathway towards net zero.

Our #TheDailyDifference series shines a light on the crucial role our colleagues play every day. In this instalment, we joined experienced multi-trade operative David Chester-Nash as he visited a number of resident’s homes ensuring they’re safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

We’re excited to announce AdaptiveHeat by Eyesea Green Limited, as the final 2025 #WilliamSuttonPrize for #Sustainability finalist. AdaptiveHeat combines low-temperature heat pumps, infrared panels, and AI controls to heat only occupied rooms in real time.

Neya AI Super-Neighbour for Connected Thriving Neighbourhoods by @neighbourlylab & @joinneya, is one of the 2025 #WilliamSuttonPrize for #ConnectedCommunities finalists. Neya is a digital “super-neighbour” that connects residents to each other, to local events and everyday help.

We’re highlighting BeeBlox by NoMAD, as one of the 2025 #WilliamSuttonPrize for #Sustainability finalists. BeeBlox tackles pollinator decline by replacing concrete retaining walls with modular, 3D-printed green walls made from 96% local waste – creating habitats for wild bees.

We recently celebrated the first new homes delivered as part of our major regeneration of the Barne Barton estate in Plymouth. We were joined by @plymouthcc's @CouncillorTudor and @ChrisPenberthy as we met some of the residents who have already moved in to their brand new homes.

Populated Planters by @wastesmiths C.I.C, is a 2025 #WilliamSuttonPrize finalist for #ConnectedCommunities. This project brings residents together to co-design and build planters from recycled materials – revitalising shared spaces and encouraging intergenerational connection.

This week, we’re delighted to highlight Re-Use House by @WeCanMakeHomes as one of the 2025 #WilliamSuttonPrize for #Sustainability finalists. Re-Use House transforms overlooked urban spaces into affordable homes using reclaimed materials from nearby buildings.
