Weight stagnating for 2 weeks on 4300 calories. looks like we need to bump it up to 4500. Current Weight: ~114kg, 8% bodyfat .Goal: ~120kg, 8% bodyfat . (I am 6.3ft btw). Gaining weight was a lot easier when i was 10 years younger lmao.
