It occurs to me that all the defendants here are based outside the UK (nChain AG is a Swiss company). Therefore, CAH will need to show the court there is an arguable case to answer so the defendants can be served. We may get to hear what this is actually about soon enough.

I loved the Maplin catalogue.
From 1979, electronics retailer MAPLIN published yearly catalogues of electronic, computer, and synthesiser parts and software. The cover art looked like a cross between pulp sci-fi novels and White Dwarf magazine. Argos should have retaliated with Conan the Barbarian covers.
