Something strange is happening in India's stock markets In 2025, 63% IPO money raised didn't go to companies, but went to promoters and private equity And this is not by accident, I spent weeks digging SEBI filings to understand how IPOs are rigged, here's what I found 1/12

Enjoyed chatting with @mrsfunnybones about her new book, Mrs Funnybones Returns, her writing style, dealing with a writers’ block, why stories of older women fascinate her, and why writers should stay away from AI https://t.co/10gmn6KP7l

The launch of @mrsfunnybones's book was a women only event in Delhi. Perfectly curated by @Chikisarkar and team, the idea was to celebrate women from different professions along with the book and the author. Delighted to be a part of the celebration of woman power!

The hate for Jaya Bachchan after her IV to @BDUTT is unreal. It’s like we hate people being real & unfiltered now. Everyone must virtue signal. Have you heard & seen the uncouth paparazzi? Why can’t she have a view? Hugely talented actor. I thought her views on marriage were

Tom Stoppard spent part of his childhood in India and used to love coming back. It was a huge pleasure and privilege to see him when he came here and host him twice @JaipurLitFest

Deeply saddened by the passing of Tom Stoppard. His plays & philosophy have been a huge influence on me. I discovered his writings when I was a student in Kolkata. Interestingly, he got his surname when his Czech mother married Kenneth Stoppard in 1945 in Kolkata when he was 8.

RIP the legendary Tom Stoppard. Among his more famous achievements, he radically rewrote Indiana Jones And The Last Crusade (under the pen-name Barry Watson), adding most of the thrilling beats and hilarious gags. One of my favourites: the cut to Brody, after being hyped up as

Re Tom Stoppard: my dad always loved retelling the story of how as editor at the London Evening Standard he interviewed Stoppard for a role on the paper. Stoppard had said he was interested in politics, but from Stoppard’s very broad brush answers he said he became increasingly
