It’s gotten so out of hand. We were getting 20% of our orders refunded for no reason. I didn’t want to use doordash but felt it was a necessary evil to drive revenue. I’ve stopped now, it’s absurd. A scam. And the people that scam (see below) deserve to get explosive diarrhea…
As refunds on delivery/3PO’s are getting out of hand, here is a new one.
Sadly, this is reality for many restaurants. I see probably $600 a month PER restaurant in bogus charge backs/refunds.
