Today I’m started the next chapter of my journey, something I’ve never done.
Running 🏃
In just under a year I’ve lost 6 stone by eating better and gymming. Mainly weights and cross trainer and walking incline.
Progress slowed down but no rebounding which is great.

I feel this is just the start and 2024 is going to be THE year.

82lbs gone since my last Holiday
58 days left till my next holiday.
Still a lot of hard work to be put in but very focused again and training well despite injury’s.
Health has improved massively.
