Today I’m started the next chapter of my journey, something I’ve never done.
Running 🏃
In just under a year I’ve lost 6 stone by eating better and gymming. Mainly weights and cross trainer and walking incline.
Progress slowed down but no rebounding which is great.
I’ve never been a runner or been fit, combined with back issues it’s not going to be easy but it’s something I’m going to build up over time.
Did 1KM this morning which I know isn’t a lot at all I deffo had more in me but the plans to build up slowly.
I want to get to my target

Good man!!! So no cardio until this point just strength training? If there's a Muay Thai gym near you I highly recommend that mate. Your cardio will become elite and you'll have such a laugh in a fight gym. Us men need to get kicked and punched to feel alive haha!!
