The reality is it’s got nothing to do with that, all those fanbases are attached to Arsenal being a “banter club” and the club actually becoming competitive and ultimately winning again destroys their entire world view they’ve built for two decades.

Interesting, this wasn’t an issue when Arsenal were robbed of an almost certain goal against PSG in the CL semi final because Mendes literally dived when he had nowhere to go but when Arsenal do a far less egregious version of it, suddenly it’s ruining the sport? Got it.
There has to be something done about this next season. It's every game, every team and it's making the game unwatchable.
