Arsenal go on a preseason camp this Thursday. Preseason begins on July 19th. Teams want their players in for preseason, every season. Players are on holiday in June, July it always ramps up. You do know this, but this was an easy way to get some likes.
Arsenal have done well to flood the media with bids on Noni Madueke & Viktor Gyökeres in the hours since Thomas Partey was charged. I can't be the only one to find this extraordinarily convenient.

Reminds me of the incredible acts of restraint by guys on football twitter who simply choose not to wife Dua Lipa.
I’m genuinely relieved United didn’t sign Gyokeres, and even more so that they refused to be played by agents, despite being the perfect target. That single act of restraint tells me everything I need to know.

When people analyse Gyökeres through data / clips, there is no data on the mental aspect. They can’t visualise what having a player whose sole focus is to score looks like at Arsenal because they’ve never seen it. He is a specialist in scoring, so he will find new ways to score.
