The primary endpoint of the trial is the burden of intimal hyperplasia (area in mm2) as assessed by IVUS at 12 months after the procedure.

What is the VEST trial? This is a randomized within-subject trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of the VEST device applied to SVGs in pts with multivessel CAD undergoing CABG with IMA-LAD and 2 or more SVGs. Full trial details can be found here:

What is the VEST device? This is a cobalt-chromium external scaffold (Vascular Graft Solutions Ltd, Tel Aviv, Israel) designed to be applied to saphenous vein grafts (SVGs) during CABG surgery to improve long-term graft patency
