Thrilled to announce that we have received ~2mill EUR from @helse_og_omsorg to conduct the STRONG@HOME trial at 7 sites in 🇳🇴🎉. Building on #STRONGHF, this trial will test efficacy and safety of rapid uptitration of #GDMT after HF hosp can be performed by digital follow-up 📲

In 13,900 HF-free individuals, we identified 37 proteins consistently associated with incident HF independent of traditional risk factors. The majority with higher risk, but also a few with lower risk! NT-proBNP was (by far) the strongest, followed by SVEP1, WFDC2 and ANGPT2
