@CQTrust @irish_news @NewtonEmerson @SaveCQBelfast @Belfast_Rubble @CommunitiesNI @PhillipBrett21 @MatthewOToole2 @CaralNiChuilin @NualaMcAllister Patience ran out long ago as anyone paying cursory attention at @belfastcc will know. The DUP & SF control Belfast CC and BOTH relevant ministries (Finance & Communities) yet there's been no serious move towards vesting.

The £500m regeneration scheme has become increasingly derelict as the company which owns the site has made little progress on plans.

Communities Minster has begun his response to the debate. We have yet to see any meaningful construction on the ground. There is growing frustration among key stakeholders.

Deirdre Hargey would like to see a Ministerial led approach, perhaps with a few Ministers working together. This approach has worked before

Matthew O’Toole also decry the ‘preposterous’ title of Tribeca. Also calls out widespread failure to collect appropriate rates. Assembly passed motion on that last year but no action followed.

Brian Kingston acknowledges the development which has taken place in north Belfast but ‘derelict sites very much in evidence. Non development of tribeca is huge cause of frustration.’
