Boise State offensive tackle Kage Casey is declaring for the NFL draft, he told ESPN. He’s a redshirt junior who has earned first-team All-Mountain West the last two years and second team in 2023. He projects as a potential Day 2 pick at tackle.

How is it possible that so many current or former “Group of 5” players received All-American status? I was told talent only existed in the “P4”
The AP released its All-American teams: -26 of those players are either currently on G5 rosters (13) or transferred from G5 schools (13) -On the 1st team, 9 are current (5) or former (4) G5 players. That's 1/3rd of the 1st team right there @TheHerdBros @GroupOfFiveGuys @G5Hive

Navy outgained Army 272-202 and outrushed Army 190-120. Navy was 13 of 20 on 3rd & 4th downs while Army was 5 of 12. Eli Heidenreich caught 6 passes for 72 yards and 1 TD and ran for 28 yards. Alex Tecza ran for 50 yards. Coleman Cauley led Navy’s defense with 10 tackles.

I am convinced that these unprovoked attacks on the Oregon Ducks stem from a feeling of inadequacy... JMU knows that they're not actually the best JMU in the country. That title is presently held by James Monroe University, who finished their season 5-4 with a monster victory

Even IF Tulane and JMU get blown out next week, those aren’t good data points for arguing G5 teams should be out of the College Football Playoff. Why not? Because blowouts happen ALL the time in the CFP. And no one is going to argue those teams should be banned from the CFP ⬇️
In the CFP era, the average margin of victory in the National Championship Game is 19.3. 5 of 11 have been blowouts (21+) 6 of 11 have been 3-score games We haven’t had a 1-score National Championship Game since 2018. But you’re worried about competitiveness in the 1st round?
