AAEM-PG alleges that Envision is in violation of the CA prohibitions on lay ownership of medical practices as embodied in the Business and Professions Code §§ 2400 and 2052 and is seeking to void the takeover of an emergency department contract at Placentia Linda Hospital.

As a former Board Member of @aaeminfo, many colleagues came to me with similar stories of discrimination, doxxing, & false allegations against them…why? To keep them quiet, to cover up abuses, to uphold fraudulent systematic practices in healthcare. We need to speak up, NOW!

Still makes it sad to see the audacity of lawmakers to pass discriminatory legislation. Thankfully we have people like @Grace4NY who will speak out against it.
I’m deeply saddened to hear of the passing of this law in Georgia barring Chinese people from buying land. Hate and discrimination have no place in the law.
