I accepted the ⚾️ HC job at Lincoln HS when I was 23 years old. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. A school w/ no field or winning tradition 11 years later here we are. Wouldn’t change a thing, but goals haven’t been met. Excited for the challenges ahead. #LogoPride

Your job as a Head Coach is to get the program to it's ceiling. The ceiling is different at each place. This can be a very difficult concept for parents, players, coaches, and administration to understand. Work to get your program to it's individual ceiling.
