Athletic Directors: You can make your own, but make sure you have some kind of checklist to ensure you get everything done pre- and post-season this fall. Here is an example of the checklist we used "back in the day". Maybe it can help someone out today.

Football practice is starting. Watch out for "somebody". He will steal pads, cleats, etc. Then in games people will yell for you to block "somebody" even though we never found him when the pads came up missing. .

Have some accountability system within your scheme. Doesn't have to be any big punishments, just Golden Rules & clear expectations. Here is an example of Offensive Accountability plan for football, but this would work with any sport. Maybe it can help you come up with your own.
