Physiotherapists hold immense potential in primary healthcare, yet they remain underutilised. Publicly funded First Contact Physiotherapy could significantly boost community-based measures to keep people well and out of hospital.

I had a great conversation with Dr. Phoebe Holdenson Kimura on Nightlife about knee health! Properly funded primary care that connects patients with physiotherapists, dietitians, and GPs can transform the lives of those battling knee pain.

It’s Veterans’ Health Week next week and things are getting worse. The government is ignoring veterans, despite having the responsibility to ensure the DVA fee model is modern, in line with cost of living pressures for healthcare providers and actually helps those who use it.
