✅Time to close out, 🙏 for all comments. ✅Differential diagnosis is between intramural dissecting hematoma (IDH) vs evolving large LV thrombus (LVT). My diagnosis: IDH.✅Definite & obvious findings: large mass with varying echogenicity at mid-apical LV overlying akinetic apex.
