This is the kind of national energy project I can get behind: Nova Scotia is blazing trails in offshore wind development. Wind is the future for Canada, and we can have it more places (hint: Great Lakes) if we so choose.

City of Burnaby has now switched to height-based building policies, abandoning FAR/FSR density limits. It's one of the first cities in North America to do so. Intended to simplify processes & avoid unpredictable building heights/forms. #vanpoli #vanre.

A charge barge is a great option to minimize the infrastructure costs. It will be cool to see this electric ferry get off the ground!

I caught someone stealing tonight. They did a break and enter in our neighborhood some weeks back. I recognized them, called @VancouverPD , criminal tried to flee, I gave chase. VPD was on the phone and arrested them a few blocks away. They had an outstanding warrant.
