Has anyone really just had one cup of cereal. Nutrition Facts say 1 serving with Skim is only 200 calories. I don’t eat it often but I estimate my serving to be well over a 1000 calories.😂.

This is one of the main reasons we have 21 steps to hire someone. Great people will be at the end of a diligent process.
Hiring tip:. Make the interview process hard. Make the candidates do work. Require candidate submit a 1 minute video. Make them do an assessment or exercise. The lazy or incompetent candidates will identify themselves quickly. You’re left with the winners.

Friend swore he’d never allow his kids to have smartphones before high school. When his daughter turned ten, some of her friends got phones, and were using them to plan get-togethers. They were meeting without her, and he watched it cause her lots of pain. He continued holding.
