nominations? This isn’t the 30s. Musicals are not all comedies just because they sing or dance or both. West Side Story (1957) is primarily a drama, it and the performances in it should be competing against dramas.

Theater is not a fascist country. Just as there's no secret group who collectively decides what is produced or what wins awards, critics do not decide what runs or what you buy tickets to. Put ur money where ur fingers are. Go SEE the shows that interest you. Bring friends.

Both were entertaining. I think Symone gave a precise + present performance for the song. Kandy thinks humping around the floor like a sex pot always does the trick... it doesn't. Symone won it, and is also a *notably* stronger queen, in my lil 'pinion, it was Kandy's time to go.
