Neat idea, but in all reality you’re going to need to fake the light reflections anyways so ultimately it would be more efficient to have a CG skull as well. And don’t get me started on the exposure and safety issues of practical flames.
and if i said they should make Ghost Rider practical and only add the fire with cgi then what.

Gareth, buddy, what are you talking about??? Your movie wasn’t supposed to be GREEN! (Right picture sourced from the 4K). Also all the night scenes have the same luminance in the shadows, just brighter highlights, so no they didn’t fix “all that brightness.”

It’s crazy how confident people on the Internet are about being plain wrong. The average blockbuster has a Post Production window of 12-16 months. And that’s AFTER filming. Times are unfortunately changing to where everything is rushed and it really shows.
@anotherfilmfan It doesn’t take a year to shoot and get all the VFX done.

I guess this is the part where I reveal that I've been working on a script covering how the Live Action version absolutely BUTCHERS the Colour, Lighting, and Atmosphere. It's an actual downgrade on every level.
This is what the original looked like, by the way. I shouldn't even need to explain.

@Braydenn_mexe This, could've used less blue this whole movie unless Godzilla was supercharged constantly like he was in GxK pre evolution. Then it would make more sense
