Our Parks have launched new pre and postnatal Couch to Fitness free activity programmes for new and expectant mothers. We’ve invested £311,000 of @LottoGoodCauses money in @OurParksUK to develop, while working closely with @LondonSport, the @PregnancyActive endorsed programmes.
